Billing

All funds for reservations must be paid 10 days prior to the reservation date.

A deposit is required to secure your preferred reservation time and vehicle, and it will be automatically charged once your reservation is confirmed.

Additional charges, such as tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, and operating surcharges, will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable.

All published rates are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes will be charged as required.

Flat Rate Transportation Service

Luxelimosf Luxury Limo offers standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major airports.

Waiting time is defined as the period between the scheduled pickup and the passenger entering the reserved vehicle. After a 30-minute grace period on all flat-rate trips starting at an airport, there is a $10.00 charge for every additional 30 minutes the chauffeur waits.

Passenger-requested stops on a flat-rate point-to-point trip will incur a charge of $25.00 per stop. For passenger-requested stops off route during an hourly trip, the prevailing hourly rate will apply.

Time-Based Transportation Service

Rides between locations where a flat-rate does not apply will be billed based on the time the vehicle and chauffeur are at your service.

Time-based rides are subject to a fixed positioning charge, which covers the cost of the vehicle and chauffeur traveling to your pickup location and returning from your drop-off point. These positioning charges are fixed based on the vehicle type.

Certain routes for time-based rides may incur a time-based positioning charge, which reflects the time it takes for the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to your pickup location and return from your drop-off point.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that all changes and cancellations must be made within the following time frames prior to the scheduled pick-up time:

10 days before reservation: 100% refund Failure to contact our office to cancel your reservation will result in a non-refundable no-show fee.

Please note that cancellation policies may vary due to special events or partner policies.

Service Terms

By placing a reservation with Luxelimosf Luxury Limo, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the policies, terms, and conditions. You further authorize Luxelimosf Luxury Limo to charge your credit card in full for all charges related to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card for the full amount if you are considered a no-show. Service is considered rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, once the cancellation period has passed.

Refund Policy

Any deposits collected for individual transportation bookings (single bookings) are non-refundable. For group and contracted transportation, including special events, deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the terms of the agreement. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

No Show

For all reservations, you will be considered a no-show 30 minutes past your scheduled pick-up time (this does not apply to delayed flights). If you have not met your chauffeur or contacted Luxelimosf Luxury Limo by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, please ensure you contact Luxelimosf Luxury Limo by phone before leaving your location.

Surcharges

All out-of-pocket charges, including but not limited to road tolls, parking, and airport fees, will be billed to the client.

Rate Changes

All rates are subject to audit after the completion of the order. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, and more. Hourly bookings are billed based on the number of hours the vehicle is ordered, with additional time charged in ½-hour increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours represents the minimum order, not the final charges, which will be based on the actual time used. Luxelimosf Luxury Limo reserves the right to change rates at any time without notice.

Luxelimosf Luxury Limo rates are billed, including applicable fees, tolls, and a 5% STC.

Reservation Termination

Luxelimosf Luxury Limo reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the driver or dispatcher on duty believes that the renter or the renter's party is putting the driver, the mode of transportation, or themselves in danger of injury. Additionally, if the renter or their party is found to be in possession of illegal materials or substances, the service will be terminated immediately, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged. This policy is without exception.

Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

The client responsible for the reservation is liable for all damages and cleaning charges incurred by the renter or their party, including but not limited to vomit/sickness ($250 per incident for cleaning), alcohol spillage ($250 per incident for cleaning), broken glassware ($50 per replacement set), burns ($500 per incident for replacement or repair), upholstery tears ($500-$1,000 per incident for replacement or repair), and opening a car door into another vehicle or object ($1,500-$2,000, depending on the repair fee and time the vehicle is out of service).

The charges provided in reservation quotations or by our representatives are good-faith estimates based on available information at the time of the quotation or reservation. These estimates are not the final cost of the trip. Additional charges may apply for travel time, stops, waiting time, parking, and/or airport fees. Final charges are determined upon ride completion.

Airport flat rates apply to point-to-point transfers originating or ending at an airport. If the client requests a stop, the flat rate will be voided, and the hourly rate will apply. Hourly rides are calculated from garage to garage.

By confirming the reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies, which can be found on the website, and find them reasonable and satisfactory.
